Martin joined Christina White Legal LLC in 2023 and quickly became a central part of the team’s compassionate, client-focused approach. In addition to managing the day-to-day operations of the firm and supporting legal processes, Martin is a DCA® Certified ADR Divorce Coach, trained to walk alongside individuals navigating the emotional and practical complexities of divorce.
Martin’s journey into family law and divorce coaching is rooted in both professional evolution and personal experience. Before moving to the United States and joining the legal field, he spent eight years in the UK working as a Quantity Surveyor. While at first glance that career may seem unrelated, it equipped him with invaluable skills in conflict resolution, negotiation, and process management — all of which seamlessly translate into his current work with clients facing separation, custody arrangements, and the overwhelming decisions that come with divorce.
But Martin doesn’t just understand divorce on paper. He’s lived it. He supported his now-wife through her own divorce and now navigates international co-parenting within their blended family. These personal experiences give him a deep empathy for what clients are going through — not just legally, but emotionally, mentally, and logistically.
Martin believes that divorce coaching is not about giving advice — it’s about empowering clients to make informed decisions with confidence. He provides a calm, structured, and judgment-free space where individuals can process emotions, clarify their goals, and develop strategies to move forward. His coaching sessions are personalized, practical, and grounded in real-life experience.
